Mantra Intro Class – Basics

Complimentary intro class for people new to Mantra Pilates. Get a tour of our studio, learn the history of our unique method of Pilates, and experience a few key essential exercises. This is a great opportunity to test our machines and learn why Mantra Pilates is known as the most efficient and effective workout in the Sarasota & Tampa areas.

Mantra Total Body – Level 1

This class is perfect for anyone in the Sarasota & Tampa area that is new to Mantra Fitness, has an injury or needs a little more care, or anyone looking for a class that focuses on the core exercises of the Mantra Method™. Expect a total body workout that encompasses cardio, strength training, and flexibility work…all in one class and in each and every exercise!

Mantra Total Body

Our Mantra Total Body (Level 2) class encompasses all aspects of the Mantra Method™; cardio, strength training, and flexibility work. All levels are welcome in our Sarasota & Tampa Mantra Total Body classes as options and challenges are offered to meet you at your level and get you shaking and burning! You’ll leave feeling stronger and ready for more!
