Look at it as a treat for your body and soul. We spend our lives in these bodies and movement is a gift. Working out shouldn't be miserable. It should be rejuvenating. Obviously, it's challenging, but embracing the challenges and impressing ourselves feels good! The same goes for how we feed our bodies. Find foods that you enjoy eating but ALSO energize you. The body, brain, and soul are all connected. If one is unhappy, it is bound to affect the others.
